Refunds Policy

1. RETURN RIGHTS & TIMELINE
In compliance with UK Consumer Law, LNDN Posh offers a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive your item to request a return.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (STRICT)
To protect the integrity of our premium inventory, we strictly enforce the following conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and Unused: The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or use.

Original Tags Attached: All original brand tags, authenticity tags, and labels must be attached and intact. Returns with removed tags will be rejected.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original dust bag, box, or protective packaging.

Odor & Stain Free: Items returned with odors (perfume, smoke, body odor) or stains (makeup, deodorant) will be rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Mandatory Tracking: Because we sell high-value items, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address on the package label without contacting us first.

Contact Us: Email us immediately at info@lndnposh.com within the 14-day window.

Approval: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the specific Return Address (this may differ from the shipping address).

Ship: Pack the item securely and ship it within 14 days of your return approval.
5. DIMINISHED VALUE
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we have the right to deduct money from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by your handling of them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., if you wore the shoes outside rather than just trying them on indoors).
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and legal reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

Swimwear or underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.

Personalized or custom-ordered items.

Gift Cards.
7. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Please Note: We refund the cost of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective item or the wrong brand item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs for verified vendor errors.
